Terms of Service
The service
Yavaa is a city discovery and community platform for Ulaanbaatar and Mongolia. The app helps you find venues, purchase prepaid vouchers from participating businesses, read and write reviews, and post community questions. Venues listed in Yavaa are independent third parties. Yavaa acts as an intermediary and does not operate those businesses.
Accounts
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Community posts must follow local law and remain respectful toward other users.
Vouchers and payments
Voucher prices are displayed in Mongolian tögrög (₮). Payments may be processed through Mongolian or international methods shown in the app. Each voucher is subject to the venue's terms, listed expiry date, and staff verification at redemption.
Community content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Yavaa a license to display that content in the app and related services. Do not post harassment, spam, knowingly false information, or material that infringes another person's rights.
Map guidance
Walk guidance is approximate and provided for convenience. You remain responsible for your own safety and for following local laws while traveling.
Prohibited use
You may not commit fraud, abuse vouchers, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected components, or take actions intended to harm Yavaa, its users, or partner venues.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, G.Market AI LLC is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for a given claim is limited to the amount you paid Yavaa for the affected voucher or service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
