Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you use Yavaa, we may collect your account email, display name, profile handle, posts and comments in Yavaa Ask, saved venues, voucher purchase history, reviews, device location when you grant permission, and messages you send to support. Payment references are handled by third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use information
We use this data to run venue discovery, community Q&A, voucher purchases, map guidance, reviews, and customer support. We may also use aggregated usage data to improve recommendations and app performance.
When we share information
We share data only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Firebase)
- Payment partners such as SocialPay, QPay, TDB Pay, Khan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, when you choose those methods
- Participating venues, when required to redeem a voucher or respond to a review
We do not sell personal data.
Location data
Yavaa uses location to show nearby venues and to power walk guidance. You may deny location permission and still browse venue listings that do not depend on your current position.
Retention
We keep account and activity data while your account remains active. You may request deletion through our data deletion request form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements. Send privacy requests to privacy@yavaa.app.
Children
Yavaa is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
